Permit Sonoma has sent the Bennett Valley Community Association an application for a Cannabis Use Permit for a 10,000 square foot mixed light cannabis cultivation and processing on a 8.9 acre parcel at 3700 Matanzas Creek Lane. This property is within the Bennett Valley Area Plan.
