Permit Sonoma has sent the Bennett Valley Community Association the attached application for a Cannabis Use Permit for 10,000 square foot mixed light cultivation at 6480 Eagle Ridge Road.

If you wish to file comments, the deadline is April 10, 2018.  The letter states March 22 deadline, but Permit Sonoma inadvertently sent it to the BVCA late so it has been extended.

Permit Sonoma solicits comments on any of the following issues:

(1) statement of any environmental concerns or uncertainties with the project;
(2) any comments regarding the merits of the project; and
(3) your proposed conditions and mitigations for this project.
