One of the wettest winters on record has brought us out of the drought and left us with clean-up of the aftermath -- road repair, septic issues in high water table areas, drying out and repair of flooded vineyards and pastures, and clearing of downed trees. Articles in this issue of the VOICE address these issues and more as we turn gratefully towards spring.
We are still seeking volunteers to become the new VOICE editor-in-chief. This is a great way to interact with your community and be part of a dynamic team working to put the VOICE out six times per year. Please let us know if you're interested in joining a great group of volunteers to continue to bring the VOICE to our Bennett Valley community.

Spring has sprung! The rains are drying and the flowers are rising. Find out what's happening with our mountain lions, check for latest updates on septic systems, learn about the threat of leptospirosis and more in our spring issue.
Sonoma Mountain Road Finally Open! After months of rain delays, the repair is completed and the lanes are once again open in both directions.
